$15 Express Post option available at checkout.

Click & Collect option is available (Instore Pickup).

Chich Boutique usually ships within 1 working day once payment has been received. Outside of weekend and public holidays.

We will send your item in an Standard Parcel Post satchel by Australia Post with tracking information. Express Post satchels are available on all orders for a flat rate of $15.00.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been received and payment confirmed we will endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible (usually within 1 working day). Please allow for 3-5 working days for your order to be received.

DUE TO COVID19 THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS DEPENDING WHERE WE ARE SHIPPING ITEMS TO. 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason that you are not happy with the fit we will EXCHANGE your return (on approval) or issue a CREDIT  VOUCHER for the same amount of purchase price that was received. Postage is not refundable. Credit Vouchers can be used online and instore.

You can either return your item by post or if in Melbourne you can return in person to Chich Boutique 214 Lygon Street Brunswick East 3057.

If returning by post PLEASE send an email to chich_boutique@live.com.au or call 0434 769 039 and we will issue you with a returns number. Please ensure you contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your purchase. No returns accepted after the 7 day purchase date. If sending back by post return via Parcel Post or Express Post or Registered Post as Chich Boutique will not be held responsible for any lost items and therefore will not be able to process your return.

All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as it was received. Must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with all labels intact and with copy of original receipt or proof of purchase.  Chich Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns if the item(s) does not meet our return policy requirements. Any items returned without an authorisation number will be sent back to you unapproved.

Once the item has been received, after inspection and approval your exchange or credit note will be processed. Please note that all postage expenses for exchanges will be charged to you.

In the case that your item is faulty the same method of return is to be used. Once you are issued with a returns number send it back via express post. Upon receipt, your item will be sent to the manufacturer for approval. Once the manufacturer has approved the fault we will exchange your item or issue a credit note or refund your item if another one is not available or in stock. Please allow 1-2 weeks for approval to be confirmed and processed.
